Ik bestelde een aantal items die 'op stock' stonden. Dit bleek niet waar. Na 4 maanden wachten en bijzonder weinig communicatie, kreeg ik toch al een deel van de bestelling toe. Ik wacht nog steeds op de rest.

Doe jezelf een plezier en bestel ergens anders.

My order is still pending since 30/09/2024..
Really difficult to get any feedback from the shop regarding this ridiculous delay,
I managed to get a few messages on whatsapp explaining me there were issue with GW etc.
It its now 4 month later and still nothing. Neither in regard to ever sending the order or offering a proper cancelling / reimbursment solution. Oh and since then there seem to be no way of getting back in touch with the owner..

The shop is now reported to the authorities, as it is way over the european delay for what is considered legal delivery timeframe and not offering canceling solution means it can be considered fraud.

I ordered at Promokings because I believed they had most things in stock, sadly this was not the case. I had two orders and what was available was sent with one order, but the order order now has to wait until complete and some items have been unavailable for quite some time now. The owner was helpful, but I still feel frustrated that I now have to wait.

Webshop gaf aan in vooraad, bleek niet zo te zijn. De terugkoppeling bleef uit bij ontbreken van uitleg over de bestelling ca 2 maanden, gevoelsmatig lijkt het erop alsof er geen eigen vooraad is gezien overige recensies. Wat uiteindelijk resulteerde in het opzeggen van de bestelling. Wat overigens netjes geregeld werd. Jammer maar helaas
